TOOL ROOM WORKING SUPERVISOR - EXPERIENCED
Experienced hands-on working supervisor with ablity to schedule work flow.
Strong background in supervisory skills. Tool Room functions & equiptment, including AutoCAD are required. Must have Tool & Die Certification with background in Lean Manufacturing. Trouble-shooting skills a must!

We are a manufacturer of industrial hardware in need of a creative Mechanical Design Engineer to develop new products from design to production. Requires 5-10 years of experience in Product Development. Familiar with stampings, die-casting, plastic molding, and assembly techniques. Strong knowledge required in 3-D Inventor and experience with AutoCAD 2-D.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering required. Provide examples of product development with resume.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Seeking an experienced sales person with a proven track record of technical problem solving skills. An understanding of mechanical engineering is a plus.
Responsible for: Key customer development and multi-state territory management to identify opportunities for our Industrial Hardware Business Unit, generate revenue, achieve accountand business objectives, implement sales plans, drive customer satisfaction andimprove sales opportunities.
Must also have a proven track record of attaining challenging sales goals, successfully managing accounts and client relationships.
This position is based in Northeast Ohio and will require approximately 50% travel into a regional territory, calling on OEM Customers & Distributors in the transportation & industrial market segments.
