Experienced Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products at an incentive pace
  • Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
  • Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
  • Taking precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
  • Keep records for production quantities and time
  • Identify any defective items and handle accordingly per company policy
  • Perform work to meet quality and safety standards
  • Work in a Work Cell

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
  • Ability to understand and use measuring equipment
  • Ability to set up and run Riveters – Crimp & Orbital
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Inspection tooling
  • Basic math and reading comprehension
